Like many families, Tara and Blair found themselves navigating the aged care system for their own loved ones — and what they discovered was a system that often felt impersonal, confusing, and disconnected from the real needs of the people it was meant to serve.

They knew there had to be a better way. Not just better processes or better paperwork — but genuinely better care. Care that treated people as individuals. Care that felt like family.

That conviction became the foundation of I AM PHOENIX. Named for the mythical bird that rises from the ashes, the business was built on the belief that even in the most challenging seasons of life, people can thrive — with the right support around them.

Today, I AM PHOENIX provides in-home aged care support across all of Sydney, NSW — and every single client is treated with the same warmth and respect that Tara and Blair would want for their own family.

Approved as an HCP Provider

I AM PHOENIX receives approval as a Home Care Package (HCP) provider — a significant milestone that allows us to support clients with government-funded care packages across Sydney.

Launch

Serving Sydney Families

I AM PHOENIX begins delivering in-home aged care support across Sydney, NSW. From personal care to social support, domestic assistance and more — every client receives a fully personalised care plan.
